Returns & Exchanges

At SLAM, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you perform at your peak, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn sports apparel or equipment in its original packaging including all documentation and labels.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
